Cancellation & Refund Policy – GoNext Travels

1. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be made via email or phone.

  • Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation and service provider policies.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Some bookings (such as discounted flights, special packages, or peak season bookings) may be non-refundable.

3. Supplier Terms

  • Airlines, hotels, and other service providers may have their own cancellation policies, which will apply in addition to ours.

4. No-Show Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows (failure to use booked services without prior cancellation).

5. Force Majeure

  • No refunds or compensation will be provided for cancellations due to events beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.).
